Cold and Freezer Rooms
Egy Foam designs and installs modular cold storage environments using high-density sandwich panels. These rooms are engineered to withstand the high ambient temperatures and humidity levels common in the Egyptian climate.
- Insulation: Fire-resistant Polyurethane (PU) with a density of 42 kg/m³.
- Configurations: Available as standard storage (+5°C to -20°C), postharvest centers, or industrial freezing tunnels (-40°C).
- Hygienic Standards: Features PVC coving and options for stainless steel cladding to meet food safety and pharmaceutical regulations.
Cold and Freezer Room Doors
We provide a range of insulated doors equipped with Italian-manufactured hardware and gaskets.
- Hinged and Sliding Doors: Injected with high-density foam (10–12 cm thickness) for large-scale industrial use.
- Sectional Doors: Optimized for loading bays and distribution hubs where space is a priority.

All units include internal emergency release handles for safety.
Refrigerated Vehicle Bodies
