Rooms are built with high-density, sandwich panel walls.
- Insulation: The walls and ceilings are insulated with fire-resistant polyurethane (PU) with a density of 42 kg/m³ and a thickness of 10 cm or more.
- Modular Flexibility: The tongue-and-groove assembly system provides stability and modularity to the rooms, as it can be dismounted and reinstalled.
- Durable Finishes: Sandwich panel walls are cladded on both sides with white, electrostatically painted, galvanized steel. We also offer high-quality stainless steel cladding upon request for specialized pharmaceutical or food processing requirements.
- Hygienic Design: PVC coving is installed along all internal wall-to-wall and wall-to-ceiling corners to prevent debris accumulation and facilitate easy cleaning.

Designed for general storage and postharvest centers, these rooms provide stable thermal environments for products requiring a range between +5°C and -20°C. They are the ideal solution for maintaining the quality of various perishable goods.
Pre-Cooling Rooms (Rapid Cooling)
Specifically engineered for the agricultural export sector, pre-cooling rooms rapidly remove field heat from crops like grapes and oranges. This process is essential for slowing deterioration and preparing produce for the cold chain.
Freezing Tunnel Rooms (Blast Freezers -40°C)
For meat processing, poultry slaughterhouses, and frozen food industries, our freezing tunnels reach temperatures as low as -40°C. This rapid freezing prevents ice crystal formation, preserving the cellular structure and texture of the food.
