Construction and Thermal Insulation
The room structure consists of pre-fabricated insulated wall and ceiling panels designed for high thermal resistance.
- Insulation Material: Fire-resistant polyurethane (PU) foam.
- Insulation Density: 42 kg/m3.
Panel Thickness: 10 cm or greater, depending on the required thermal performance. - Assembly System: Panels are joined using a tongue-and-groove system, ensuring a precise fit and structural stability.

Material Specifications and Hygiene
All surfaces are selected for durability and compliance with industrial hygiene standards:
- Cladding: Standard panels are covered on both sides with galvanized steel sheets, finished with white electrostatic paint.
- Custom Options: High-quality stainless steel cladding is available upon request for specific industrial requirements.
- Internal Finishing: PVC coving is installed at all internal wall-to-wall and wall-to-ceiling corners to prevent debris accumulation and facilitate maintenance.
