Egy Foam provides a range of hinged and sliding doors designed for integration into cold and freezer rooms. These doors are engineered to meet the thermal insulation requirements of industrial and commercial cold storage facilities.
Technical Specifications
- Material: Doors are manufactured with internal and external cladding of galvanized steel sheets. These are finished with white electrostatic paint or available in stainless steel options for specific hygiene requirements.
- Insulation: The doors are injected with high-density polyurethane (PU) foam. Insulation thickness is available in 10 cm or 12 cm variants, depending on the required temperature differential.
- Sealing System: Each unit is fitted with a flexible Italian rubber gasket. This component is rated to maintain its physical properties and sealing integrity at temperatures reaching -40°C.
All doors are equipped with Italian-manufactured accessories and heavy-duty hardware to facilitate frequent operational use.

Safety Features
Every door is equipped with an internal safety handle. This allows personnel to manually open the door from the inside, even if the door is locked or powered down from the exterior.
